What We Collect
When you sign up for the mailing list or submit a form on this site, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your postal code
We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or sensitive personal data. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age.
Why We Collect It
Your information is used to:
- Send you updates about Konka releases, events, mixes, and news
- Notify you about shows or events happening near you, based on your postal code
- Respond to any inquiry or form submission you send
We only contact you for the purposes you signed up for. We do not send unrelated marketing or sell access to your inbox.
How It Is Stored and Processed
Your personal information is stored on private servers operated and controlled by Glass Hound Productions. We do not use a third-party platform as our primary data store.
When we send email campaigns, subscriber data is temporarily uploaded to and processed through Brevo (brevo.com) for delivery purposes only. Brevo acts as a data processor on our behalf and handles this data in accordance with their privacy policy, which you can review at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy/. Data is not permanently stored with Brevo.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies and Analytics
Depending on which part of our online presence you are visiting, different tools may be active:
- Squarespace - our main website is hosted on Squarespace, which uses cookies for site functionality and built-in analytics (page views, traffic sources). Squarespace's privacy policy is available at squarespace.com/privacy.

Every promotional email or newsletter we send includes an unsubscribe link. Click it at any time to be permanently removed from the list. You can also email us directly and we will remove you manually within 5 business days.
Under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), your consent to receive commercial electronic messages can be withdrawn at any time with no conditions or fees.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, your data is removed from our systems within 30 days.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify active subscribers by email.
