This flip of the Forest Temple Theme takes the hauntingly ethereal atmosphere of the iconic Ocarina of Time dungeon theme and drags it into the bass music underground.

Konka preserves the original's otherworldly instrumentation, but in adding modern trap drums and 808s, grounds the familiar in something darker and more contemporary. By transforming the original's cacophonous, echoing percussion into a relentless, staccato barrage of rapid-fire sub kicks that tear apart sub bins, Konka has ensured his flip is a memorable 140 club weapon.

Just when you think you've caught your breath, the back end of the track brings the classic instrumentation back — blending the nostalgic with the infectious bounce of a modern dubstep groove.

The result is a track that honors the source material's unsettling beauty while incorporating rave sound system production values; a mix that will make you consider the words: "the flow of time is always cruel…"
