This was one of the tracks me and Strange Thing cranked out the first time we seriously met up to work on tunes together. The chemistry was apparent from the get go and Bang solidified our ability to connect on music and make something special.

"Bang" does exactly what the name promises. Konka and Strange Thing build from a simple hip hop groove, letting the halftime drum and bass framework do the heavy lifting as 808 bottom end and roaring basses stack up beneath tumbling percussion and snapping fills. Big bass horns punctuate the mix like exclamation points, giving the track a cinematic, street-level swagger that hits as hard as it moves. Kinetic and relentless, this one was made for systems and bodies alike.”
